Estoppel Information for Property Sales: Title Companies, Lenders, Law Firms and Realtors

- Venetian Isles Homeowners Association, Inc (VIHA) operates under FS 617. VIHA is not an FS 720 HOA.
Dues:
- Membership and dues to the Venetian Isles Homeowners Association are not mandatory, they are voluntary. Currently, dues are $240.00 per year and are subject to change annually, after approval by the VIHA board. Annual Dues are invoiced in December for the period January 01 through December 31. When a property is transferred, an invoice is issued and mailed to the new owners. Dues are not prorated.
- For property closings occurring between January - June , a new owner will be invoiced $240 for the full year. If a property closes between July - December, a new owner will be invoiced for $120 for a half year.
Deed Restrictions:
- Please be advised, the Deed Restrictions are mandatory and are strictly enforced to all VIHA homeowners; the Restrictions and Protective Covenants document may be accessed at ourvi.hoa.camp/documents
Architectural Review Committee (ARC):
- The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) works with residents to ensure construction projects comply with deed restrictions. Deed Restriction #13 requires all outdoor construction plans to be submitted to the ARC for approval. This includes new construction, home renovations, roof replacements, docks, boat lifts, driveways, seawalls, fences and more.
