VIHA will have a table at Oktoberfest and the General Meeting. Please stop by to check and update your contact information. Going forward we will need this data for electronic voting!

Electronic voting for Venetian Isles residents was approved in August 2025 during the last round of Deed Restrictions (DR) Revisions. This will make it immensely easier for residents to vote on any future Venetian Isles DR revisions. The homeowners association is requesting email addresses and phone numbers for residents, as well as any updated contact information. The emails will ONLY be used to communicate with residents by the homeowners association. The VIHA does post contact information (phone numbers) in its annual directory, which is distributed to dues paying residents. Please send your information to [email protected].
