Now that Charlie, chair of our Membership Committee, is back in his home VIHA will resume selecting a Property of the Month starting in October.

Charlie and his team of volunteers will submit and select the property according to the following criteria:

• VIHA dues payers.
• No DR violations at time of selection.
• Must be a property owner or reside in Venetian Isles.
• Selectee must agree to accept the POM recognition (VI website and Stroll magazine exposure).
• Photos of the winning property are submitted to Stroll magazine for publication and their staff will interview the POM winners.
• Winner receives a $25 gift card from Dolins Garden Center.
