An overview of the recommended revisions to 5 Deed Restrictions including a ballot was mailed to all property owners in early February and can be found here: The votes for Deed Restriction Revisions to DRs 3, 8, 10 and 50 have been ratified by the audit team and have been recorded with Pinellas County on August 5, 2025 so they are official!!! They can be found on our website. DR 42 is in the process of being counted. Ballots will be accepted until September 30, 2025 per an earlier Board resolution.
If you have not yet received a ballot or misplaced it, please email [email protected] IMMEDIATELY and we will sent one to your current location.
