May 12, 2026 Hi Neighbor, We’re proposing another round of three deed revisions to our Deed Restrictions (DRs). It’s a continuation of the Board of Directors’ program to update our DRs to modern times and to make them easier to understand. This year we will be offering either electronic or mail-in ballots (you can only vote once). This is how the process will work: 1. Please check the HOA Life portal to ensure that the email in HOA Life belongs to the property owner on the deed. https://portal.hoalife.com/auth/new 2. Homeowners whose email we have will get an email letting them know they can vote electronically in their HOA Life Homeowner portal once voting opens on May 26th. All other homeowners will get a paper ballot. Homeowners can request paper ballots if they prefer to vote that way. 3. Please note that only the property owner on the deed can vote. 4. If a homeowner votes electronically and then submits a paper ballot, the one we receive first will be tabulated. Voting is simple, so PLEASE VOTE. For a revision to pass, it must receive 349 votes “For” the change, so your vote is needed. Please contact Julie at 727-365-2211 or email [email protected] if you have any questions.
