VIHA Voting Procedures
This is how the process works:
Online voting happens via the HOA Life Homeowner Portal. See link below.
1. Please check the HOA Life Homeowner Portal to ensure that the email address associated with the property belongs to the property owner on the deed.
2. Homeowners whose email address is registered will get an email notification letting them know that they can vote electronically in their HOA Life Homeowner Portal once voting opens. Unless extended by the board, voting will end after the allocated time frame.
3. Homeowners whose email address we do not have will get a paper ballot at the mailing address that is registered with the Pinellas County Property Appraiser for their VI property. A homeowner can also request a paper ballot if they prefer to vote that way.
4. Please note that only the property owner on the deed can vote.
5. If a homeowner votes electronically and then submits a paper ballot, the one we receive first will be tabulated.
