Venetian Isles Homeowners Association Membership

We encourage all residents to join the Venetian Isles Homeowners Association.  Voluntary annual dues of $200 go towards preserving our property values and keeping Venetian Isles a desirable place to live, such as:

• Monitoring and enforcing  Deed Restrictions
• Beautification projects and maintenance of landscaping, lighting and monuments
• Communications and other activities that bring the community together

VIHA members are eligible to participate in association activities and Board elections.
