Venetian Isles Sponsorship Partner Rate Card
(2016 Sponsorship Partner Program)

Venetian Isles Sponsors are given exclusive privileges in return for their partnership with the Venetian Isles Community. Partnership privileges vary based on level of sponsorship and include advertising on Venetian Isles communication vehicles: web, facebook, and yearly directory.  requirements will vary based on sponsorship level and details are outlined below.

Venetian Isles Web Site (www.ourvi.org) will be built early in January 2016 to coincide with the launch of the 2016 Venetian Isles Sponsorship Partner program. This build out will include the creation of specific Sponsor partner pages, banners, links, etc. to the site. Your Sponsorship includes all Web design and development required to incorporate your sponsor benefits package onto the Venetian Isles web site. No contracts or commitments required.

• Web collateral (imaging, links, logo, contact information, etc.) will be requested as part of the site build out. Specific details regarding any file or information requirements will be based on your level of sponsorship.

The Venetian Isles Directory of residents is a Yearly publication delivered to VIHA members throughout the 533 homes in the Venetian Isles Community. Prices include typesetting at no extra charge. No contracts or commitments required.

• Final Ads are due by Friday, January 15th, 2016.
• Platinum sponsors will be contacted for Directory Ad placement on first come, first served basis
• Please ensure you reference your Ad file name with your payment
• Acceptable Ad copy file formats are: MSWord, Pages, Adobe PDF, .GIF, .JPG, .BMP
• Ads should be sized as follows:

                        Platinum    4.5" w x 8" h Color
                                                                Gold           4.5" w x 8" h Black + White (Grayscale)
