City of St Pete's Inaugural Cohort of Champions Initiative

​The City of St Pete seeks 100 participants for the inaugural Cohort of Champions Initiative, a unique training opportunity for 100 young men, ages 12 to 24. Parents/guardians, teachers, adults are encouraged to think of someone they can nominate!

Cohort of Champions Youth Training Initiative
Applications are being accepted through November 30, 2016
 
Young men, ages 12 to 24, are invited to apply for this unique workforce development program to support education, develop character, provide hands-on experience and career readiness. The signature program of the city’s My Brother’s and Sister’s Keeper initiative features Educational, Entrepreneurial Training and Enrichment Programs:
 
After-School Employment Training          Second Chances Programs
Post-Secondary Opportunities                   Career Readiness Training
Entrepreneurship Training                             Sports and Team-Building Outings
Healthy Cooking and Eating                          Mentoring and Role Modeling
Wrap-around support services and workshops for members and entire family
