Golf Tournament Wrap Up

Another successful V.I. Golf Tournament was held at Mangrove Bay this past Sunday afternoon. 
 The weather was perfect and  38 golfers had a wonderful time.

Tom Testa did a great job organizing this event and getting many local merchants to contribute towards the door prizes. 

Special thanks to Chris Ewing for nailing down a round of golf for four players at The Vinoy (for those of you that don't know, this was no easy task).  It was used as a special drawing door prize.  We also had a great 50/50 drawing .

Thanks to the following people for all their help as many people contributed in many different ways;
Tom Testa did a wonderful job taking over the reins from Steve Lippincott, Chris Ewing for getting the Vinoy to contribute, Elizabeth Funk for bringing in more players and being our very own cheerleader and photographer on Facebook, Linda Testa for helping set up ,registering the players and a host of other things, Neal Schwartz for making the 50/50 so successful as well as Jim Pero, Rich Scanlon,  and of course  where would Tom be without his wonderful wife, Marie , helping out as well as playing golf!

Thanks to Mangrove for again hosting this terrific event and to the players who came out and had a ball!
